Manchester – Aleksandar Kolarov temporarily be pulled from the gridiron. Manchester City defender will be out for about a month because of a calf injury.
Kolarov getting the injury in the warm-up session before the Manchester derby against Manchester United at Etihad Stadium on Sunday (02/11/2014) then. He originally entered the starting line-up in the game, but failed to appear and the position filled by Gael Clichy.
City manager, Manuel Pellegrini, explaining that Kolarov having problems on the calf and can not graze for about a month.
“Kolarov suffered a muscle injury in his calf. He will be sidelined for at least a month,” said Pellegrini was quoted by Sky Sports.
“I’m not a doctor, but I think so,” he said.
This calf injury makes Kolarov will be absent when dealing with CSKA Moscow City and Bayern Munich in the Champions League, as well as the match against Queens Park Rangers, Swansea City, and Southampton in the Premier League stage.
