Barcelona – Barcelona will be without right-wing defender, Dani Alves, while diving the second leg of the Spanish King’s Cup konktra Huesca, Tuesday (16/12) local time.
32-year-old defender limped off the field when Barca played a goalless draw against Getafe last weekend. Through its official website, launched Alves Barca suffered a hamstring injury. He is also doubtful for the weekend game counter Cordoba.
“Dani Alves got a hamstring injury against Getafe on Saturday evening that will make it past the King’s Cup match Tuesday against Huesca,” the club said in a statement.
“The Brazilian wing-back has been receiving treatment for the injury during a training session this morning and he is still doubtful for next week’s game,” said Barca statement.
The 23-year-old suffered a knee injury during training last week. He is not expected to re-sod next week.
“Neymar trained separately from other peers,” he concluded.
