Luis Suarez apparently was suffering with punishment ever given due to the action of biting FIFA World Cup. Players are now docked in Barcelona was even more severe than the punishment assess hooligan action.

Suarez was found guilty of biting Giorgio Chiellini while Uruguay face Italy in the World Cup last year. FIFA was sentenced to ban football-related activities, including visiting the stadium or training session. He was also fined approximately USD 1.3 billion.

The punishment was considered too heavy. Uruguay’s football federation was appealed. Board of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has finally granted the appeal by giving permission training and follow-match test match. Ban only applies to the official match until October, both with the national team or Barcelona.

“Punishment is one thing, but a ban on practicing at the beginning of the sentence is another matter. I was treated worse than as a hooligan,” Suarez said as quoted by Football Espana.

“During the summer vacation, I did not dare look up to my cousin who appeared in the junior national team of Uruguay. The penalty was not let into the football field, a decision I do not understand to this day,” he said.
