Liverpool – not good news should be obtained when the Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers, claimed not to know when to play Daniel Sturridge in the rest of the season.
Sturridge has missed the last two games in ‘The Red’ because of a hip injury he got when confronted with Manchester United March 22 it. Though Sturridge playing around the end of January after a long injury.
The injury also makes the 25-year-old player has appeared seven times as a starter in the league. With Liverpool still trying to finish top four, obviously this is not the desired word by them.
In the remaining six games this season, Liverpool would need to employ Sturridge for the miners goals given their front line so far is blunt.
But unfortunately Rodgers could not confirm whether Sturridge was still able to perform up to the 38th week of Premier League later.
“For in the time we do not know when he will be back. For sure he will be sidelined for the match this weekend (against West Brom),” Rodgers said at Soccernet.
