New York – Many brilliant achievement with Real Madrid, Raul Gonzalez made a miss with his former club. He also expressed his wish to return to the Santiago Bernabeu, but not as a player again.
Raul Gonzalez spent 18 seasons with Los Blancos. Six La Liga titles and three European Champions League titles ever waved.
Unfortunately, togetherness Raul only until the end of the 2009-10 season. Subsequently, he moved from Schalke club, Al–Sadd and his last official anchored with MLS club New York Cosmos.

While acknowledging miss his hometown, a former Spanish national team player would not mind split. He was still uphold professionalism.
“If I go back to Spain I will work for Madrid. This is my home, where I grew up, where I found a friend, but at the moment my focus with this project,” he concluded. [Yob]
